* Update April 2007 * - We expect these exhaust systems to be available this Summer *. We have specificed a smaller double layered tip for the final production exhaust system too.

When we first got our hands on the mk3 one of the things that struck us was how big and heavy the exhaust system was, how restrictive it was and also how muted the exhuast note was.

We set about designing a new exhaust system that would give much better air flow, would weigh less and would unlock the sporting sound that was muted by the standard exhuast system.

The result is the XS-Speed fusion. The bringing together of high performance exhaust design and Japanese style into a free flowing lightweight stainless steel system with real sporting credentials.

We abandoned the Mazda single large back box in favour of two smaller lightweight silencers giving better air flow, lighter weight and a sportier exhaust note. The higher flow design really helps the engine to breath at higher RPMs contributing to greater horse power.

The exhaust is made from all 304 stainless steel and will give a lifetime of reliable use. These exhausts will be available soon.
